The Virtual Interior Design process will be completed within 14 business days. The time starts when the Client Confirmation Form is returned, and full payment has been submitted to Parkway Creative Studio. After the Design Consultation Call, the form will be emailed to the client for their convenience.

Each Virtual Package includes one room or interior space of your choice, with a maximum area of 300 square feet (300 sq ft).

After submitting the Design Questionnaire online, the scheduled Design Consultation Call will take place between the Client and the Designer. The call, lasting up to one hour, will cover all aspects of the interior design for the Client's space and ensure confirmation. Following the call, the client will receive a Client Confirmation Form via email, summarizing the discussed scope of work. The final Invoice will also be sent at this time.

The Design Consultation Call is scheduled by the client at a time and date that is convenient for them. This scheduling process takes place prior to making the online payment.

To initiate the Virtual Interior Design process, the Client Confirmation Form must be carefully reviewed, signed and dated by the Client and emailed back to Parkway Creative Studio. Returning the signed Confirmation Form and paying in full for the virtual services indicates the commencement of the design project.

Changes to the questionnaire are allowed during the Design Consultation Call. These changes do not include a change to the room originally selected.

Yes. One (1) room revision is permitted. Any additional revisions will be for a fee.

Payments are made exclusively through a secure online payment platform using VISA or Mastercard credit cards.
Two payments are necessary. The initial payment consists of a fixed amount of $100.00 USD, which will be subtracted from the total package price.
The second payment, covering the remaining balance of the package price, will be invoiced and sent via email following the Design Consultation Call. To initiate the fourteen (14) business day design process, the invoice must be paid in full prior to the Designer's commencement.
The second payment is non-refundable.

The first payment is fully refundable until the start of the Design Consultation Call.
If clients wish to terminate the design services before the Design Consultation Call begins, they must send an email requesting a refund to Parkway Creative Studio, email address: design@parkwaycreative.net.
During the Design Consultation Call, it is possible for both the Client and the Designer to mutually decide to conclude the design services in an amicable manner. In such a case, the Designer will provide written confirmation of the agreement.
Please note that payments become non-refundable once the Design Consultation Call has commenced.
